Michael Wilson designed rings and jewellery will always be serviced or repaired by our workshop. This is just one of the benefits of purchasing a Michael Wilson Design.

We have the skills and facilities to repair and resize most precious metal rings. We can also repair and restore most types of precious metal jewellery.

Usually cleaning and polishing is a same day service on weekdays.

Our qualified and experienced gemologist/valuer is able to provide accurate appraisals of all your jewellery. We would recommend that your jewellery is revalued every five years or sooner if you become aware of significant changes in the value of the dollar and the cost of gold and diamonds.

We offer to have your pearls rethread.

We are frequently asked if we are able to replace stolen or lost jewellery which has been claimed for under a clients insurance policy. The answer is 'yes'. All you need to do is contact your insurance company and explain that we are your preferred jeweller and then they will contact us.

Whilst we are happy to design or remake an article using gemstones from an existing piece we will not design and make pieces using loose gemstones as supplied by other gem merchants. We can assure you we are able to source gemstones at very competitive prices.

Our workshop is not set up to repair Vessels, Candelabra, Flatware, Badges, Trophies, Watches, Glasses Frames, Costume Jewellery or Jewellery made of non precious metals. Our staff will however where possible direct you to a workshop that might be able to assist.
