Terms & Conditions
Returns and Exchanges – Any items purchased from the Michael Wilson website are able to be exchanged or a store credit can be issued (excluding any shipping charges incurred). The item must be returned in-store in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging. If you believe the product to be faulty or have any other problems you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order on (03) 9439 3111.
